CRC Early Action Metric - CEMARS approved

There were two elements to the Early Action Metric, which helps participants improve their position on the Performance League Table: installing voluntary AMRs and achieving the Carbon Trust Standard. The Environment Agency has just announced that CEMARS - Certified Emissions Measurement and Reduction Scheme - has now been approved as an alternative to the Carbon Trust Standard.
